Knowing that a loved one is suffering from a debilitating illness or possibly even nearing the end of their life, it is often very difficult to deal with mentally, physically and spiritually. Communities combine knowledge and empathy to help manage a patient’s symptoms and make the patient as comfortable as possible. Outside hospice providers may be able to offer further support if the Resident meets hospice criteria. Educating and comforting the family is also part of end-of-life care services provided by our staff.
